[Terms of Service]

• By commissioning me, you're agreeing to my Terms of Service. The client has full responsibility upon reading my T.O.S. in advance before claiming a slot.
• I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
• Commission reposts are allowed, but it should be credit to me (@caffeindeer) on any of my social medias.

[Ordering and Revisions]

• Orders must be made through my business email, vgen or any socials DM.
• The client is responsible to provide visually clear references of the character requested. Additional references such as clothing, mood, expressions and composition are also very welcome and will help me to visualize the client's requests faster.
• Revisions can be requested only at the sketch phase. Any revisions after this will be charged an extra fee to the commission's final price.
• Major changes must be stated in the early artwork stages.

[Payment, Deadlines and Refund Policy]

• After you finish ordering, I will provide you a sketch in 5 days or less.
• Payments must be made through Paypal and in USD currency.
• I require full payment after the sketch.
• Usual commission deadlines can vary from 20 business days to 30. Any further delays will be notified to the client beforehand.
• As I am a full-time college student, deadlines will be increased during midterms and final semesters exams. The client will also be notified beforehand.
• I do not accept refunds.

[Commission Process]

• After the lineart, a colored wip (work in progress) will be sent to the client and changes regarding the colors will be allowed in this stage.
• It must be notified beforehand if the client has any size file specifications for the commission.
• The client has the rights to request an update at any time.
• Regardless of updates requests, I will send the commission stage updates of the artwork to the client.
• Only minor changes can be solicited during the process.
• The final piece will be sent to the client by email as a png file. The client must notify me in advance if a transparent png or a jpeg version is necessary.

[Copyrights]

• I DO NOT allow clients and non-clients to use my artworks for anything realated to AI image generators, NFT's and cryptocurrency.
• I have the rights to use the comission in portfolios and social media for promotion purposes. The client must notify me in advance if they wish the commission to be private, which will refrain me from posting wips and the finished piece in any social media.
• The artwork is for personal use only, so the client must be able to print or use the art as they want, according to my terms of service.
